Coleen Driscoll, 65, of Waterloo, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2026, at  her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 19, 1960, in Minneapolis,  Minnesota, the daughter of Kirby and Joan (Osgerby) Bevans. She graduated from Expo High  School and later attended cosmetology school. Coleen
