DeArgo Lawrence Clopton, 34, of Cedar Falls, passed away on Friday,  September 26, 2025, at his home in Cedar Falls. He was born in Waterloo on  October 24, 1990, the son of Neil Clopton and Nora Fetter. Although growing up in  Waterloo and Hudson, DeArgo always considered Hudson his home.

Jean Audrey Beenken (Koestler), 95, of Buckingham, IA finished her  earthly work and went home to be with God on September 23, 2025. Born on  August 27, 1930, in Ledyard, IA, Jean grew up on a farm with her parents Everyl  and Bernice Koestler and nine brothers and sisters. Jean

James D. Kerr, 101, of Tripoli, died Friday, September 12, 2025, at Bartels Lutheran Retirement  Community in Waverly.  Funeral services were held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at the United Methodist Church in  Frederika with Lay Speaker Betty Schmudlach and Lay Speaker Neil Whitney officiating.  Interment will follow at Alcock

Craig L. Yocom, 85, of La Porte City, died of natural causes on Saturday, September 20, 2025,  at his home.  He was born April 28, 1940, in Waterloo, the son of Howard and Mildred (Krueger) Yocom. He  served honorably in the United States Air Force from 1957-1961.  Craig married Sharon

Martha Watson, 96, of Reinbeck, Iowa, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025, at  UnityPoint Health - Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa. A graveside service will take place at  11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Reinbeck City Cemetery. A luncheon will  follow the graveside at the
